Welcome to the
South Eastern Section
of the Rolls-Royce Enthusiasts' Club
We think this is probably the best section you could join, it is certainly the busiest, but to take part in what we have to offer you must join the RREC first!
The Committee and I would like to extend a warm invitation to you to join us at any event in 2016 whether a member of the South Eastern Section or not. In fact you would be welcome just as an interested enthusiast of all things Rolls-Royce or Bentley who enjoys talking about motorcars! But beware - we will try to talk you into joining the RREC post haste, as we believe that it is the best one make car club and the only club to serve your needs as a Rolls-Royce and Bentley enthusiast.
Our members have an infectious interest in all things automotive and meet at some of the most interesting and most beautiful venues in the South East of England and will be doing so in 2016, 2017, 2018....... and many more years to come.
I am Stephen Fabman-Beker, Chairman of the Section and Editor of our magazine aided and assisted by eight friendly Committee Members. They are all incorrigible motoring enthusiasts who would be pleased to meet you, discuss the club and our section or just pass the time of day.
Our members drive a diverse range of motorcars from Rolls-Royce Silver Ghosts to 20hp to 25/30's to 1950's Continentals, 1960' Clouds, 1970's Shadows, 1980's Bentley Mulsannes and Silver Spirits to 1990's Bentley Continental R's T's, and Bentley GTC's and GT's, Flying Spurs and Turbo R's RT's and Arnages, late version RR Silver Spurs and Silver Seraphs up to the current Goodwood Phantom, Ghost and Wraith motor cars. We welcome everyone, car or no car, Section member or 'about to join' the RREC car enthusiast and if you would like to receive a complimentary South Eastern Section magazine to see what we get up to, please email and one will be sent to you by return. Grainsley@gmail.com
Members of the RREC pay a fee annually and also send a donation towards the running of the Section you reside in. South Eastern Section members receive four full colour magazines and experience tells me that members like a printed publication showing events, suppliers information, cars for sale, technical articles and who to trust with the maintenance of their motor cars. Our events are clearly described in the Magazine and if you enjoy an afternoon of doing very little on a lawn with a picnic to hand, meeting likeminded people and turning off the mobile, you might find yourself one of our Sections regular participants. The South Eastern Section members are a great mix of friendly people who show their satisfaction by turning up in force at every event.
The committee and I look forward to seeing you in 2016.
